Color choices
Capybara can use warm brown or soft gray across the body, with a lighter shade on the broad muzzle and paws. Begin with the large fur areas, then fill the ears, nose, eyebrows, and small tuft details. Try tan or ochre for the box panels and flaps. A darker nose and inner ears will create contrast against the lighter face.

Choose a repeating color sequence for the box panels and continue it across the flaps. Echo one of those shades on the capybara’s ears or paws.
