Make a thank-you card
Color the dog tags and poppy page, fold a sheet of card around it and write a message inside for a veteran you know or for a local veterans home. Keep the front simple so the picture stands out.
Color the flag in the right order
The United States flag has 13 stripes that alternate red and white, starting and ending with red, and white stars on a blue field. Follow that order on the flag page, then use any colors you like on the stars and hearts pattern.
