Things to make with your day of the dead coloring pages
Build a paper ofrenda display
Color the ofrenda, the candles among marigold petals and the marigold bouquet, then arrange them together on a shelf or wall. Add a real photo or a drawing of someone you remember in one of the empty frames.
Try a marigold palette
Cempasúchil marigolds are usually orange and golden yellow. Color the marigold bouquet in those shades first, then repeat the same two colors across the flowers on a sugar skull page so the pictures belong together.
Make a papel picado garland
Color several copies of the banner page in different bright colors, cut out the flags and tape them along a string. Hang the garland above your finished ofrenda pictures.
