Color choices
Maple leaf colors can begin with warm orange across the broad lobes, followed by golden yellow near the center. Blend crimson along the pointed edges and use deep brown for the curved stem. Keep the branching veins pale yellow or cream so they contrast clearly with the darker autumn shades.
Autumn Shade Pattern
Use a different autumn shade in each section divided by the veins, then repeat selected shades around the outer lobes to create a balanced pattern.
