Color choices

Moose fur can start the color plan in warm brown, with deeper brown for the antlers and lighter shades around the muzzle and ears. Place blue-green water beside olive reeds, green lily pads, and pink or yellow flowers. Color the trees deep green and the cattails tan, using shadowed grasses for contrast around the legs and leafy plant.

Marsh Season Palette

Choose a seasonal palette for the marsh. Repeat related shades across the trees, water plants, grasses, and flowers to tie the setting together.

Printing tips

With about 120 areas to color, Moose in a Marsh Coloring Page sits at a medium level of detail. Use crayons for the big shapes and switch to pencils for the narrow parts.
