A beach cleanup unfolds along a sandy shore as bottles, cans, and wrappers are gathered into bags. A sea turtle crosses the sand near shells, rocks, waves, dunes, clouds, birds, and a distant lighthouse.
Bees, a butterfly, and a hummingbird visit a dense garden filled with sunflowers, coneflowers, bell-shaped blooms, and leafy stems. A birdhouse, picket fence, and birdbath complete the setting.
A bicycle with a flower-filled front basket rests in a park beneath a leafy tree. A small bird perches on the handlebar, with a bench, clouds, shrubs, grass, and flowers in the background.
A large whale swims above a sea turtle and fish in an underwater scene filled with bubbles, coral, seaweed, shells, a starfish, rocks, and a sandy seabed.
A wooden compost bin filled with food scraps and leaves sits among garden beds, with a worm rising from the pile. Carrots, leafy heads, tomato plants, flowers, shrubs, and a picket fence surround it.
An Earth Day parade travels down a tree-lined path beneath bunting, with a large globe held overhead. Leafy costumes, flower signs, lampposts, shrubs, and scattered leaves fill the park setting.
Earth holds a flower and wears a bandage while a watering can sprinkles drops nearby. A thermometer, curved land shapes, a rock, and tufts of grass complete the scene.
A heart-shaped globe displays outlined continents while curling vines weave around its border. Broad leaves, simple flowers, and spiral tendrils frame the Earth from top to bottom.
A sprouting plant rises from a globe inside a large light bulb. Broad leaves, outlined continents, a ribbed screw base, glass highlights, and radiating lines complete the design.
Earth sits at the center of a symmetrical mandala framed by leafy branches, flowers, water droplets, and flying birds. Outlined continents appear across the round globe.
Woodland creatures gather around a broad, leafy tree, with an owl in its hollow, squirrels and birds on the branches, rabbits below, and a deer beside flowers, mushrooms, grass, and acorns.
Open hands cradle a globe with outlined continents, while leafy stems rise around its upper edge and sides in a clean, centered composition.
A round Earth with raised arms stands among a sun, cloud, tree, and water drop, all with simple faces. Grass and small plants line the curved ground beneath them.
Kids plant a leafy sapling outdoors: one holds the trunk, another digs with a shovel, and another pours water from a watering can. A wheelbarrow of soil, grass tufts, bushes, and mature trees complete the scene.
During a nature walk, a magnifying glass is held near a beetle beside a spotted mushroom. Ferns, rocks, tall trees, and a winding forest path fill the woodland setting.
A smiling Planet Earth fills the center, with outlined continents, wide eyes, curved eyebrows, and an open mouth. Simple stars surround the globe.
Rainwater flows from a house downspout into a barrel fitted with a spigot. Flowers, a watering can, stepping stones, a fence, trees, clouds, and falling raindrops fill the garden scene.
Paper sheets, a newspaper, plastic containers, a bottle, and a jar appear above recycling bins with face designs and recycling symbols. Downward arrows connect each group of items to a bin.
A large recycling symbol made of broad looping arrows sits at the center, surrounded by leafy stems, curling vines, and simple flowers. Smaller leaves fill the spaces around the symbol.
A reusable shopping bag holds leafy greens, an apple, a banana, a carrot, and a tomato. A capped bottle stands beside the bag, which has broad handles and stitched tabs.
A seed grows through a sequence of stages, from resting in soil and sprouting leaves to becoming a mature tree with a broad canopy. Arrows connect the framed stages.
A plastic bottle, can, banana peel, folded newspaper, and open jar appear above sorting bins marked with recycling arrows, a leaf, and a tied bag. The layout invites each item to be matched with a bin symbol.
Rain falls from large clouds onto snowcapped mountains, feeding waterfalls and a winding river that reaches a broad lake. Upward arrows, a bright sun, pine trees, buildings, and a bridge complete the landscape.
Wind turbines rise above rolling hills while angled solar panels fill a field near a fence. A winding road leads to a small house beneath the sun and clouds, with flowers and bushes in the foreground.
Color the sorting trash page, then draw a line from each item to the bin where it belongs. Check your answers against your local recycling rules.
On the water cycle page, trace the path of one raindrop with your finger, then color the water in the same blue at every stage so the loop stands out.
Color the seed-to-tree page, then plant a seed in a cup of soil and keep a note of how many days it takes to sprout.
