Color choices
A nest holding speckled eggs sits atop a grassy hill under a cloudy sky. Color the nest a warm straw shade and give each egg a different speckle color so they stand apart from one another. Keep the clouds soft white against a pale blue sky, and let the grassy hill and bushes take on layered shades of green. This variety helps the nest stay the center of attention.
Color the eggs and grass
Color the egg patterns first, then use a lighter shade for the surrounding grass tufts and sky.
