Color choices
Giraffe nibbles a flower beside a wooden fence woven with trailing vines. Try a weathered gray-brown for the fence boards and let the vine leaves fill in with rich green. Wash the giraffe’s long neck and legs a golden tan, then dot its coat with warm brown patches. Pick a bold contrasting shade for the flower held between its lips.
Compare the giraffe’s spots and the flower’s petals
Color the giraffe’s spots first, then use a bright color for the flower petals.
