Color choices
These monkeys perch together on the branches of a leafy tree, its trunk marked with a round knot hole near the base. Give the trunk a warm brown and let the rounded leaf clusters take layered shades of green for depth. Try a golden tan for the monkeys’ fur, keeping a lighter tone for their faces and hands. Leave the clouds above a soft white or pale gray against the open sky.
Color the tree trunk
Color the thick tree trunk first, then use a lighter shade for the monkey tails and branches.
