Color choices

Realistic rabbit fur can begin with warm gray, tan, or light brown across the forehead, cheeks, and chest. Fill the inner ears with dusty pink or muted peach, then use deep brown or charcoal for the eyes and nose. Keep the whiskers pale against a darker face and place lighter cream tones around the muzzle for clear contrast.

Fur Texture Pattern

Color the short fur marks in changing bands from the forehead to the chest, then repeat selected shades inside the ears and around the muzzle.

Before you print

Realistic Rabbit Portrait Coloring Page has about 33 separate areas to color, most of them large and open, so it is an easy page. Crayons, chunky markers or paint sticks cover the big shapes quickly.

Download the PDF and print it on US Letter. For A4, select “Fit to page” in the print dialog; a single test print shows whether your printer keeps the thin outer frame.
