Color choices
This turtle swims above an open treasure chest resting beside a sunken anchor on the ocean floor. Try a warm green for its shell, and a lighter cream for its flippers and head. Color the treasure chest in dark aged wood, heaping it with gold coins and bright gems. Let the anchor take on a deep gray, with seaweed framing the scene in green.
Compare shell and seaweed
Color the turtle’s shell first, then use a contrasting palette for the seaweed and bubbles around it.
Printing tips
Turtle Swimming Near a Treasure Chest on the Ocean Floor Coloring Page has about 250 separate areas to color, so it is a detailed page. Sharpened colored pencils or fine-tip markers reach the small spaces, and it is easy to color one section at a time.
Download the PDF and print it on US Letter. For A4, select “Fit to page” in the print dialog; a single test print shows whether your printer keeps the thin outer frame.
