Color choices
These two turtles swim side by side just below the rippling waves at the top of the scene. Give the front turtle’s shell a warm amber tone, then choose a cooler green for the shell trailing beside it. Try a soft blue for the wavy water lines, and keep the flippers a shade darker than the shells for contrast.
Compare shells and flippers
Color the turtles’ shells first, then use a different palette for their flippers and the wavy water lines above.
