Color choices
This heeler dad settles into a rocking chair to read on the porch. Try a blue-gray tone for his spotted coat and a warm shade for the book’s cover. The porch chair and side table could take a honey-brown wood tone, while the lantern on the wall stays a cool metallic gray. Save a soft cream for the sleeping cat curled in its bed nearby.
Color the book pages
Color the open book pages with a light shade, then use darker tones for the dog’s fur and the porch furniture.
