Color choices
This helpful elephant lifts a small turtle out of the puddle with its trunk, its thick hide ready for a soft gray with lighter creases. Try a deeper green for the turtle’s shell, keeping its legs and head a slightly lighter shade. The puddle rippling below could take on a pale blue-gray, and the grass surrounding the scene stays a fresh green.
Compare trunk and shell
Color the elephant’s trunk first, then use a darker shade for the turtle’s shell and legs.
