Color choices
This princess descends a grand staircase to greet a group of guests waiting below. Give her gown a soft color, and pick different bright shades for each guest’s clothing so they stand apart. Color the staircase railings in warm gold, and shade the hanging chandelier above in a bright, sparkling tone. Add fresh color to the flower arrangements framing the entrance.
Color the gown and staircase
Color the princess’s gown first, then use a darker palette for the staircase and surrounding pillars.
Before you print
Princess Greeting Guests at the Palace Staircase Coloring Page has about 408 separate areas to color, so it is a detailed page. Sharpened colored pencils or fine-tip markers reach the small spaces, and it is easy to color one section at a time.
Download the PDF and print it on US Letter. For A4, select “Fit to page” in the print dialog; a single test print shows whether your printer keeps the thin outer frame.
