Color choices
This badger digs in the dirt near a cluster of mushrooms outside its forest burrow. Try a soft gray for the badger’s body and darker stripes along its face for contrast. Color the mushrooms a warm tan with a deeper cap edge, then add earthy browns to the loose soil it’s digging through. Give the ferns and burrow opening behind it varied shades of green and brown.
Compare fur and soil
Color the badger’s fur first, then use a darker shade for the soil and mushrooms around the burrow.
Printing tips
With about 168 areas to color, Badger Digging Near Mushrooms Outside Its Forest Burrow Coloring Page sits at a medium level of detail. Use crayons for the big shapes and switch to pencils for the narrow parts.
