Color choices
A young elephant sprays water above its head beside a jungle waterfall. Color its trunk and ears a soft gray, letting the rounded body take on a slightly paler tone. Try cool blues for the cascading waterfall and the pool it stands in, and rich greens for the palm leaves and jungle plants nearby. Scatter the rocks near the water’s edge in soft, muted gray to complete the scene.
Compare water droplets and elephant skin
Color the water droplets first, then use a bright color for the elephant’s skin and a light shade for the surrounding jungle.
