Color choices
This sheep rests beneath the shade of a large tree, tucked into the grass beside its trunk. Try a warm ivory for the sheep’s bundled wool and a soft gray for its ears and hooves tucked underneath. Color the tree trunk in rich browns, and use deep green for the leafy canopy spreading overhead. Fill the surrounding grass with a fresh, varied green.
Compare tree shadow and sheep wool
Color the tree trunk first, then use a darker shade for the shadows under the tree and the sheep’s wool.
