Color choices
This ice skater twirls with arms raised on a frozen rink beneath a string of lights overhead. Give the skirt and jacket their own bright tones first, then use a contrasting shade for the scarf and hat framing the face. The string lights above suit warm glowing colors, while the buildings and clock tower in the town square behind can take muted, wintry tones.
Compare light and shadow
Color the skater’s jacket and scarf first, then use a cool palette for the background and ice.
