Color choices

Arctic fox fur can begin with soft white, pale gray, or icy blue shading along the back and tail. Use pink or warm beige inside the ears, then choose charcoal for the nose and closed eyes. Keep the snowdrifts light blue and white, with deeper blue shadows for contrast. Finish the snowflakes in cool blues or lavender.

Snowflake Pattern Play

Color the large snowflakes with repeating cool-toned patterns, then use a matching accent on the fox’s ear details and snowy shadows.

Before you print

Arctic Fox Curled in the Snow Coloring Page has about 30 separate areas to color, most of them large and open, so it is an easy page. Crayons, chunky markers or paint sticks cover the big shapes quickly.

Print the PDF on US Letter paper, or pick “Fit to page” for A4. Try one copy first to check the line weight and margins before printing more.
