Color choices
This velociraptor runs across an open field with rolling hills behind it. Give the body a light tan or green, then pick a darker tone for the tail and sharp claws so they stand out. Let the distant hills fade into a softer, cooler green to suggest distance. Keep the grass tufts at its feet a bright, even green.
Compare body and tail
Color the dinosaur’s body first, then use a darker shade for the tail and claws.
Printing tips
Velociraptor Running Across a Grassy Field with Hills Coloring Page has about 44 separate areas to color, most of them large and open, so it is an easy page. Crayons, chunky markers or paint sticks cover the big shapes quickly.
