Color choices
Monkey does a somersault in an open grassy field with hills along the horizon. Choose a light shade for the monkey’s fur and contrast it with a darker shade for the tail and limbs. Blend the distant hills into a soft hazy blue-green behind the tumbling monkey. Spread short blades of grass beneath its hands and feet in a fresh green.
Compare fur and tail
Color the monkey’s fur first, then use a darker shade for the long tail and limbs.
