Color choices
Floating torii gate: begin with warm vermilion across the pillars, crossbeam, and curved upper beams. Color the sea in pale blue, using deeper blue for the ripples and reflections to create contrast. Try soft greens for the trees and muted gray or purple for the mountains. Finish the distant building with cream walls, brown beams, and a dark roof.
Ripple Reflection Pattern
Use alternating shades along the water ripples beneath the gate. Repeat selected gate colors in the long reflections for a connected design.
Printing tips
With about 101 areas to color, Floating Torii Gate in the Sea Coloring Page sits at a medium level of detail. Use crayons for the big shapes and switch to pencils for the narrow parts.
