Color choices
This blue heeler family settles onto a picnic blanket beneath the gum tree. Try a checkered mix of warm colors for the picnic blanket and a woven tan for the basket beside it. Give the dogs’ spotted coats a blue-gray tone, saving a lighter cream for their muzzles and paws. Warm brown suits the tree trunk, while the drooping leaves overhead could fill in with fresh green.
Color the tree trunk and grass
Color the tree trunk with earthy tones and the grass with green shades.

Blue Heeler Family Picnicking Beneath a Shady Gum Tree Coloring Page has about 325 separate areas to color, so it is a detailed page. Sharpened colored pencils or fine-tip markers reach the small spaces, and it is easy to color one section at a time.
The PDF fills one US Letter page. On A4 paper, choose “Fit to page” so the frame stays inside the margins, and print one test copy before making a class set.
