Color choices
Treasure map islands can begin with sandy gold shores, green palms, and deep blue water. Color the sailing ship with warm brown wood and cream sails, using a bright flag for contrast. Give the mountain earthy gray or brown slopes and choose a lighter tone for the summit detail. Finish the compass rose, dashed route, sea creature, rocks, clouds, and bold X with contrasting accents.
Follow the Treasure Route
Follow the dashed path from the ship past the islands and rocks to the X. Tell a short adventure about what happens along the route.
Printing tips
With about 130 areas to color, Treasure Map with an X Coloring Page sits at a medium level of detail. Use crayons for the big shapes and switch to pencils for the narrow parts.
