Color choices
This elephant raises its trunk and trumpets as fireworks burst above a riverside festival. Try a warm gray for the elephant’s thick skin and a contrasting shade for the folds along its trunk and ears. Color the fireworks in bright varied hues, and pick warm colors for the lanterns strung between the tents. Shade the floating lanterns on the water and the grass along the bank in soft glowing tones.
Compare the elephant’s trunk and the fireworks
Color the elephant’s trunk first, then use a cool palette for the fireworks and the river.
