Color choices
This wolf pair rests close together on the ground beneath a starry sky, mountains and pine trees rising behind them. Color their fur in warm gray tones, giving one wolf a slightly lighter shade than the other so they stand apart. Try deep blue for the night sky, leaving the scattered stars and crescent moon pale. Fill the distant mountains with a cool purple-gray.
Color the wolves first
Color the wolves’ fur before applying darker shades to the mountain peaks and starry sky above.
