Color choices
This puppy stands atop the sandbox wearing a flowing cape. Try a warm golden tone for its coat, leaving its muzzle and paws a lighter cream. The cape could take a bold, bright color to stand apart from the sandy ground, while the bucket and shovel nearby pick up a matching contrast. Save cool gray for the fence and deep green for the tree behind it.
Compare puppy and sandbox
Color the puppy’s body first, then use a different shade for the wooden sandbox edges and grass.
