Color choices
This badger sweeps a pile of fallen leaves outside a round door built into a hollow tree trunk. Try bold black and white stripes for the badger’s face, then choose a warm brown for the tree trunk and door. Color the hanging lantern in a warm glowing tone, and give the mushrooms and scattered leaves nearby their own earthy accents.
Plan the tree-home entrance
On spare paper, design a small welcome sign for the round door. Add a leaf, mushroom or acorn symbol and choose colors that repeat details from the finished picture.
