Color choices

Cassowary can begin with deep charcoal plumage, then use blue and violet for the neck and wattles. Color the casque with warm gold and brown, and set the beak in a lighter tan for contrast. Finish the legs and claws in muted gray, then surround them with layered greens across the broad leaves, fern fronds, tree trunks, and ground fruit.

Rainforest Leaf Pattern

Repeat light and dark green shades across the fern fronds and broad leaves, while keeping the cassowary as the strongest contrast.
