Color choices
This tiny fairy door sits at the base of an ancient tree trunk, framed by mushrooms and stepping stones. Try a warm wood tone for the little door and a metallic shade for its hinges and handle. Color the mushrooms clustered above it in soft warm hues, then give the tree bark deep grooved browns. Add color to the flowers lining the path and the grass around the stones.
Compare mushrooms and flowers
Color the mushrooms first, then use a contrasting palette for the flowers and stones around the door.
Before you print
With about 208 areas to color, Fairy Door Beneath Mushrooms at an Ancient Tree Coloring Page sits at a medium level of detail. Use crayons for the big shapes and switch to pencils for the narrow parts.
Download the PDF and print it on US Letter. For A4, select “Fit to page” in the print dialog; a single test print shows whether your printer keeps the thin outer frame.
